Your Emotional Bill of Rights

Let’s start with the disclaimer that I am not a trained mental health professional and most of what I have learned has been first-hand as a patient myself for several years off-and-on. I worked in healthcare administration for roughly a decade and the Patient’s Bill of Rights and Responsibilities was a big part of my work, so it serves as the inspiration for this post.
